Crude Oil Pour Point Depressant

  • The LP-294 pour point depressant interacts with the paraffin components in crude oil to inhibit the formation of wax crystals, effectively reducing the pour point of special crude oils. It can alter or disrupt the wax crystal structure to slow down the gelation of crude oil, ensuring fluidity in pipelines and assisting with pipeline restarts after interruptions.
  • The LP-411 efficient paraffin dispersant has excellent paraffin dispersing capabilities and can greatly improve the surfactant wettability of oil well tubing surfaces, making it difficult for wax crystals to accumulate in the tubing, thereby preventing effective crystal growth and avoiding the formation of a network structure that blocks the tubing. This product has strong paraffin dispersing capabilities, good stability, and a broad range of adaptability.

Advantage

  • Adjusts the length of the alkyl chain in the comb polymer to match the carbon number distribution of paraffin in crude oil, effectively reducing the pour point.
  • Strong temperature resistance and emulsifying capabilities, reducing interfacial tension at low concentrations.
  • Can disperse wax components in high-wax-content crude oil and also has a certain ability to reduce viscosity and increase production for viscous oil at the site.
